I don’t have the citation at hand, but the very good medical/noir thriller, Beat the Reaper, has not only a strike to the solar plexus, but also a side note that nobody calls it the “solar plexus” any more.

I love it: a solar plexus reference complete with a statement of the phrase’s medical inaccuracy.
