Hard Case Crime introduces book club

girl with the long green heart reviewAs it’s long done with horror, thrillers and a couple other best-left-unnamed genres, Dorchester Publishing has instituted a book club for its critically acclaimed Hard Case Crime series.

With period authentic (read: hot) covers, Hard Case Crime presents pulp fiction novels old and new, including the brand-new Stephen King’s THE COLORADO KID (review coming soon). Via the book club, you get two Hard Case Crime books a month for just $6.99 (so you essentially get one for free – whatta deal!) – that month’s brand-new release and one from the vaults. Past books have been authored by no less than Ed McBain and PERRY MASON creator Erle Stanley Gardner. You can sign up here.

You’ve gotta love their covers. After the jump, preview two particularly lurid ones from forthcoming Hard Case Crime titles. *salivates*
