You should check it out. I think Strahan and Lou Anders are the editors to beat right now, in terms of rustling up original short stories.

No, but I’ve heard a lot of praise for it. Having recently finished Halting State I am certainly in the mood for more tech based sci fi.

Have your read FAST FORWARD 1? It’s definitely tilted more toward techy science fiction, but it’s really groovy.

I really enjoyed the variety and the quality of the stories in this collection. I certainly look forward to next year’s collection after devouring this one. Short stories are such a fantastic medium and when done well they can be so amazingly effective.
