And normally I wouldn’t pick up a book like this (as much as I love kitsch), but the text for the book is written By MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000’s Michael J. Nelson. And while his contributions are pretty much limited to maybe a sentence or two a page, those sentences or two are well worth the $15. For example: “Feelings of inferiority often lean ponies to show up at children’s birthday parties where they wander around looking pathetic until someone takes pity and accepts one of their slow and, frankly, lame rides.”

Thoughts like this make the book one laugh after another and, as an added bonus, makes your coffee table simply precious.
