I loved House as well as other books by both authors (Dekker's Skin, Thr3e, Blink, Circle Trilogy and Peretti's This Present Darkness and Oath). Guys, House is already showing now in theaters (check out the House' official website - http://housethemovie.net for the list of theaters). I've seen the film too and I loved it! The story is just amazing and creepy! You've got to see it! I loved the casts especially Michael Madsen and Bill Moseley, pretty effective!

Honestly, I thought redundancy was SKIN's biggest problem, so if it bothered you in HOUSE, it's really going to make you hate SKIN.

I finished House and it sucked - it seemed like they were repeating dialogue and scenes and it got very redundant. I'm going to try Skin by Ted Dekker and that is it for me.

Yes, it's absolutely readable. Peretti's a better writer than he was an actor in HANGMAN'S CURSE.

SPOILER: The rednecks are not the good guys. I don't want to give all the details away, though.

Seeing Hangman's Curse at the Crossroads Mall theater with you and Louis is still a movie going highlight for me.

But seriously, this book is readable? Do the Jesus freak inbreds end up being good guys? Come on, I want spoilers because I am never going to read this book, but I am very curious now based on the review.
