I purposely didn't read it again until I got home from seeing the movie. The movie is pretty faithful to the first two-thirds, but adds enough stuff that I don't think you'd feel like you'd already seen it. They're either incredible (Shashank, Stand By Me and yes, even Running Man) or awful (lawnmower man, sleep walkers and all those miniseries). Hoping this one is the former since I did like the story. Does reading the story ruin the movie? Or have they changed the movie enough that I will still enjoy it? Gal Stephen King adaptations are so hit or miss.
