There’s also two volumes of an “Indiana Jones Omnibus”, as well as “The Adventures of Indiana Jones”. The latter collects the novelizations for the first three movies.

On a side note, the “faux journal” is written from the POV of Indy himself (Henry Jones Jr.)- not Connery’s character of Henry Jones Sr.
