I was worried they’d bury you cause it seemed not too many people “seconded” the nomination.
Why is McSweeney’s there? I love the site. They’ve published me a few times. But it’s not a blog.
Moist is right. I love McSweeney’s as well (and have been lucky enough to have had a couple of parodies published there). But it is definitely not a blog.
Good luck in the contest.
Heh. First thing I thought was “McSweeney’s has a blog now? Cool!” Then I couldn’t find it.
Congratulations. I don’t know how the voting will go, and I don’t know your site well enough to vote yet, but I’m thankful for the list of nominees so I can discover some great blogs.
Wow. Yesterday it was close, but a day later and Neil Gaiman pulls so far ahead of the pack, it’s basically a lock. I can’t believe that Pepy’s Diary thing is in second. Never heard of it before. I went there to see what it was about and it’s not even readable.
Voted for ya, mon. Shouldn’t even be a race, with all the books you cover. I’d never know of them otherwise.
Come on folks vote daily. Were losing to a dead man’s diary. WTF.
Bookgasm was robbed. I blame the left-wing literati and vote rigging.
