hatter m reviewWe've got a copy of HATTER M: THE LOOKING GLASS WARS – VOL. 1 to give away, written by Frank Beddor and Liz Cavalier with art by Ben Templesmith. This graphic novel is an action-packed update of ALICE IN WONDERLAND, but focused on royal bodyguard Hatter Madigan. It's a spin-off of Beddor's best-selling THE LOOKING GLASS WARS series of novels, currently two deep. To get into the ring, post (or link to) the strangest (but safe-for-work) WONDERLAND-related photo you can find on the Internet, in the comments section. We'll announce the winner on Friday, Nov. 9.

I quite like this image, taken from a ballet production of “Alice in Wonderland” by the English National Ballet.

It reminds me of that old photo of Salvador Dali where he’s jumping and there are cats all around “floating” in a mid-air stream of water.

I love your blog…found it through the Weblog Awards voting page. Keep up the great work!
Anna

I think this is plenty strange, in an adorable way:

And then, there is always Dark Alice http://gamasutra.com/features/20060915/alice.jpg

AND because I love Alice and really want to get the graphic novel, there is this http://fc01.deviantart.com/fs8/i/2006/162/4/f/Alice__by_pure_andrea.jpg which I must say I liked best (who can resist falling?)

Not to shill Disney, but I’ve always liked this photo-

Mostly because Lyle Lovett is in it, and he’s a cool feller.

I think this one from the Daily Mail is pretty good:

Ok this looks almost dark and psychopathic. Hope this wasn’t for a childrens book.
